These terms govern your use of the TailGrab browser extension and the TailGrab Pro license, provided by Vietcodex ("we", "us"). By installing or using TailGrab you agree to them.
1. The service
TailGrab lets you copy the styles of elements on web pages as Tailwind CSS, HTML, or JSX. The free plan allows a limited number of copies per day. TailGrab Pro removes that limit.
2. License
TailGrab Pro is sold as a one-time license for personal or commercial use, activatable on up to three devices per license, and includes updates to the extension. The license is for your use; you may not resell, sublicense, or share your license key. We may deactivate keys that are shared or obtained fraudulently.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use TailGrab lawfully and to respect the rights of the websites you use it on. You are responsible for how you use any code you generate with TailGrab. TailGrab produces code from styles that are already delivered to your browser; you are responsible for ensuring your use of that code complies with the source's licensing and your own obligations.
4. Payments
Purchases are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Prices may change, but changes do not affect licenses already purchased.

6. Warranty & liability
TailGrab is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
